DGFA works with general contractors to provide quantity takeoffs for the sitework portion of your projects. To allow you to have confidence in your subcontractor choice and their budgets, we can provide you with “opinion” budgets against which these proposals may be analyzed for scope of work and price. And if necessary, DGFA can also help contractors prepare and present claims for additional work related to sitework and can assist in establishing a database of sitework costs.

Subcontractors can benefit from using DGFA by helping them accurately analyze the scope of work on a project that’s up for bid, and we can provide quantity takeoffs and cost estimating. When needed, we can assist in proposal writing to accurately convey your scope and price in your proposal to general contractors.
