DG Frondorf & Associates was established by Daniel G. Frondorf in Cincinnati, OH in 1999. Dan recognized a need amongst small and mid sized sitework contractors for accurate estimating and related technical services. Dan knew that many small and mid sized sitework contractors did not have a full time Estimator, and usually the company owner would perform the estimating and bidding work after running the company all day, pouring the concrete, paying the bills, and functioning as the accountant, foreman, human resources officer, and laborer. Many simply did not have the time to devote to perhaps the two most important functions in a contracting business - estimating and bidding.

DG Frondorf & Associates provides sitework contractors of all sizes with as much or as little of a full time professional Construction Estimator as they need. We provide quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, scheduling, scope of work analysis, and post bid work as well, such as claims and change order preparation and invoicing. We are an effective outsourcing solution. We are not the employee of the contractor and as such we allow them to avoid all of the overhead costs associated with employees (salary, benefits, taxes, insurance, vehicle, etc...) The contractors get what they need - accurate and timely identification of bidding opportunities and accurate quantity reports with accurate scopes of work identified. All of this allows the sitework contractor to stay on top of bidding and to obtain more work, all in a very cost effective manner.

Since 1999 we have grown to offer services to not only contractors but also architects, engineers, construction management firms, developers, property owners, and other consultants.
